At Turk Furniture, we pride ourselves by providing top notch customer service from the time you walk in our store to the moment it is delivered into your home. All merchandise is uncrated and inspected at Turk Furniture before its blanket wrapped on to our trucks. Your furniture is completely set-up & placed carefully for your enjoyment. One day to 48 hours in advance of your delivery, we will call you to confirm all information is correct and give you a 3-hour time window to expect your delivery.

The day prior to delivery, our staff will confirm all information and give you a three-hour window in which to expect your delivery. To serve our customers better our customer service office is in contact with our drivers, unforeseen delays occur and we will notify you immediately.

When making arrangements to pick-up merchandise, please call 2 to 3 days in advance to verify merchandise is ready for pick-up. Please inspect merchandise carefully for any damage before you leave. We cannot be responsible for damage to your vehicle or merchandise once you leave our facility. Please be aware of pick-up hours so we will have personnel on hand to assist you. You will need to bring one person with you who can help load your merchandise, and any packing or packing material to ensure safe transfer.
